Song of the Week 2

I feel these songs do not require explanation.

Song of the Week (II & III)

Alright, since I was in The Hague all last week for THIMUN (Which was awsome) I missed posting last week's "Song of the Week,"... meaning that this week I will be posting two songs (Yeah, calm down... I know). I also believe that this blog is still dying for some reason; even though Schweers has made three recent post about, whatever. I'm feeling metal this week, so I guess I'll continue with that, and par usual Shane will give you guys a little... God knows what, as a follow up to this post. Enjoy...

All this week I've been listening to a whole lot of Soilwork, and as usual In Flames; and since I'm making a double post, what better way to do it than with matching music videos? Yeah, that is correct, I said matching music vidoes. Both In Flames and Soilwork being part of the, "Gothenburg Sound," comming up side by side have long been considered competitors in the metal scene, but with these videos they show that they are colleagues. Both videos run just about the same, each band playing at some underground metal venue in Sweden as the other taunts them (With snowball fights in between?).

So here you have it, In Flames with, "Trigger," from the album, "Reroute to Remain," and Soilwork with, "Rejection Role," from the album, "Figure Number Five."

... I thought it was kind of cute, but maybe it's just me.

See you next week...

The Undead

Gentlemen we have a kunudrum ( serious problem) that is what the hell happens to a vampire if it is bitten by a zombie and also who out ranks each other. Is zombie numero uno or is the vampire. I dont know but we need to compile a list of attributes and that shall be tony's job. Also who has restricted this to zombies and vampires there are other undead creatures like the Koschei which is a russian undead that keeps its soul in a chest that contains a large gaot or something which contains a duck which hatches a egg which has a needle in it and you have to break the needle to kill the undead creature. so post other cool undeads

Last of the Action Heroes-athon

Alright, a while ago in the nook we discussed the possibility of an all out 24 hour movie marathon. The theme would be last of the action heroes. Idealy we would do this when we had a friday off of school, but it doesnt look like we have one off until late may. So, I propose we choose a normal weekend sometime in Ferbruary or early March and hold it then. It would most likely start Friday at 5pm and would go until 5pm on Saturday. If u came its not like u would have to stay the whole time, and u would be free to go crash in the other room or whatever. Soo, we have to figure out what weekend we can do it and wether or not we have to go buy some of the movies. Here is a list of the possible dates and the list of movies. please reply or im me and tell me a. which date works for u and b. which of the movies u own. Thanks

Die Hard, Mad Max, Lethal Weapon, Rambo, Rocky(1 or 4), Terminator 2, Commando, Indiana jones, Undersiege, Blood Sport, Escape from New York, Robocop, Predator, (the rocky we didnt watch already if we have time.)

February-------------------Fri 2-Sat 3
Fri 16-Sat 17 (end of february break)
Fri 23- Sat 24
March-----------------------Fri 2- Sat 4
Fri 9- Sat 10
Fri 16- Sat 17

Gladius

Heres another one. He is Gladius, AKA Terry Gladis. He fights for all that is AWESOME! His stare is so mean it could kill chuck norris from a 3 mile distance and he has the strength of thirty men. Plus he carrys around a giant broadsword not pictured here, which he uses to decapitate enemies so he can gain thier quickening.

There Are No Words

THE ECOMASTER

So, i recently downloaded the City of Heroes Character Creator because i had a serious super hero craving, and i came up with this badass. His name is the ECOMASTER, AKA Bill Kenney. He travels the world defeating evil corporations and saving the environment. His only powers are his rugged looks and his wordsmithing skills. Most enemies take one look at him and burst into tears, but if that fails he takes them down with a well placed non-sensical line such as "time to get our skates on", or "go talk to those techno-weenies".

Song of the Week 2

To lighten up the blog after sheru's interesting, and to be honest, very disturbing music video in the previous post, I vow to post a music video or song for every one that sheru posts. Starting off with this classic which i have been listening to non-stop for the last week. Enjoy!

Song of the Week (I)

Alright, so I figured that I'd start up a little segment (since this blog is dying quickly) that I like to call, "Song of the Week," in hopes of preserving all that is good and holy in this world and the next. So, from week to week I will try my best to post music videos of the music I'm listening to; be it straight edge punk or mind blowing metal. Enjoy...

This week I thought I'd start with a little Flaw, upon hearing the great news that majority of the band is back together for the first time since they released their second album, "Endangered Species," in 2004; and are turning out a new album and a tour sometime soon. So, I'm going to hit you with a little, "Payback," from the album, "Through the Eyes."

Don't worry, she was only dreaming... oh wait.

See you next week...

Harmonica Time!

I have a harmonica. it is cool. bring yours if you have one on monday. WE WILL ROCK

Damn I'm Fine

Okay, I've received a fair amount of flak (Margy) pertaining to my various claims to some of the more.... interesting things that I do (Margy). In particular (Margy), Adventure Racing, and racing in general. So, here's a picture of myself beating this asshole at the end of a 10 miler. We had to go up the mountain that one can see in the background, and back down. I've already told Tony this story, and I think he's the only one who will get the numerous Margy references. Damn she's a negative girl. I also just wanted to show off. HAHAHA!!! Also, I think I'd be cool of we all put on photos of us doing some, not necessarily extreme things (although that would be fine), but pics of you doing something out of the ordinary, like Shane and his big New Zealand swing.

The Ultimate Question

Tony and I are running a poll here: Lets say you were at a dance with every major historical figure...with whom would you choose to do the no-no-cha-cha???

Ill post a pie chart later with the results.

Prank Call!

At the request of my bro-ham, I will be calling the University of Michigan admissions office on Friday with a series of obnoxious and ridiculous questions to piss off his friend that works there. So far the suggestions for questions include:
"I know that because of Proposal 2, michigan no longer accepts people of color. but do they still take people with brown hair?"

"say i have a 1600 SAT and a 3.9 high school GPA. do i have ANY chance of getting in?" in a really panicky voice
followed up by: "but what if i don't apply? can i still get in?"

"What do i write in the essay part?"

Do you folks have any suggestions? I'll record and post the call for further hilarity.

Oh yeah?

PROUD TO BE AN AMERICAN!!!

Possible Movie Idea

Based on the "hows the hammer hanging?" "MASSIVELY" joke, heres a short piece I wrote up. Could possibly filmed.

1: how's the hammer hanging?
2: HUUUGE
1: that's not what was I asking, the hammer beh-
2: ITS MASSIVE
1: uh that's not-
2: women flee in terror of it
1: I, I don't need to know that
2: one word: enormous
1: I was just asking about the hammer hanging on the wall behind you. it looks quite precarious
2: oh... well. this is a little weird
1: yeahhh
2: fyi, it is, you know, huge

This would probably be greatly extended. There should also be some murderin' with the hammer on the wall. No good movie doesn't have some ole fashioned murderin'.

Fleshlite

Note: The following post is not for the faint of heart or easily disgusted. In fact, if you don't regularily commit acts of bestiality with both genders, this post may seem a little weird to you. If you feel this post may not be aimed at you, please don't read it and get angry at me. Also, don't let any snooping little sisters see it.

The other day, I discovered that a friend of mine was asking for a fleshlite for his birthday via an IM posted to me be another friend. Lets call the one asking for a fleshlite Hank. For those of you who don't know what a fleshlite is, its basically a tube filled with some sort of skin-like substance with a whole in the center where you can put your pecker. Its pretty gross, and theres shitloads of customization options available on the website, for example, simulating different orifices. I haven't looked into it much as I was too busy laughing, but I can only hope they have an option for ears. If you're intrigued by the concept, or simply want a good laugh, check out Fleshlite.com

So basically, this thing is sorta pathetic and gross, but my friend has no shame about it and really wants one.

(09:11:08 PM) Hank: i better get a fleshlight, thats for sure

(09:13:13 PM) Hank: basically i just aksed him to get me fleshlight for my birthday
(09:13:19 PM) Hank: but the way he put it makes me sound perverted
(09:13:44 PM) tony: actually
(09:13:49 PM) tony: it makes you seem pathetic
(09:14:12 PM) Hank: yea
(09:15:31 PM) Hank: i dont know though, it looks pretty darn cool!

So, its been decided that my friends need to get him one, because hes earned it. Any suggestions about model or special features?
